Order Cancellation

• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds & Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by providing photo proof.

• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
